Philosophy and Approach
Innate Massage and Bodywork is built on the concept that every person’s being has the innate wisdom and power to heal from within.
This intuitive and integrative massage approach primarily incorporates LomiLomi, a traditional Hawaiian massage that involves the “mana” or life force of the body, mind and soul. Sound, hot stones, crystals and vibration are also integrated into the sessions, providing a multi-sensory experience.
I work on the physical, emotional and energetic levels. I guide to address any stuck energies and move any pain that may surface during the session. This approach combines touch, voice and breath to facilitate a somatic and energetic experience.

I devote my life to embodied cyclical living, energetic depth, and the development of greater intimacy with all of life.
Mystic, Heart-led Poet and Writer, Energetic Guide, Meditator and Yogini, Massage Therapist and Bodyworker, Song and Sound Carrier; my fascination lies in the continual expansion and awakening of consciousness through exploring my inner world, and in relationships with others and nature.
I bring a warm, joyful, bold and free spirit to my work. Since 2014, I have been studying the human body from different lenses and lineages. I completed my Kinesiology degree in her hometown of Windsor, Ontario, Canada then travelled to South and Central America, as well as throughout the United States, including Hawaii, to continue my studies in Ayurveda, Lomi Lomi, Thai, and Ashiastu Massage, Sound Healing, Energy work, Inter-personal Focusing, Mayan Abdominal Massage, Yoga Teaching and Meditation.

Your voice tells a story.
It is the roadmap that points us back to the rawness of our humanness, and acts as the bridge to the life force energy that wants to be unleashed inside of us.
In these private sessions, we will be using the voice, touch and gentle movement to move out of the mind and into the emotional and energetic systems of the body.
Sessions will include energetic practices, vocal chakra toning and massage to balance the body, mind and spirit.
