Arrival to Your Massage
Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time.
If this is your first time with Jillian, please make sure to fill out the online paperwork sent via text.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will not receive extension of time for scheduled appointments. If notified beforehand, accommodations can be made on a case to case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment.
If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours, the full price of the service will be charged.
No Show Policy
Please notify us if you cannot keep your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
Clients who fail to show for appointments will be invoiced for the appointment and blocked from future bookings until the invoice is paid.
